Accident Checklist

1. Stay calm
   Get help for the injured.
   Do not admit fault.

2. Exchange information
   with the other driver: name, address, phone and license plate numbers, insurance details.

3. Take pictures of damages
   Photograph both vehicles, if possible.

4. Report the accident
   Call MetzWood at 800-635-7170 during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or Sat 9am-noon).
