MetzWood cares deeply about finding the absolute best fit for our team. To this end, we have a three-step hiring process after an application has been received.  
 
Once your resume has been submitted, if selected to move forward in the process, you’ll first be asked to complete an online assessment, which takes 15-40 minutes to complete. Following the assessment is a first-round interview which is conducted via email. The final step in the process is an in-person interview at our Chatham office.
